Here is a description of our Membership Requirements and Duties.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Oceanside Airport Association (OAA) is to support the continued operation and growth of the Oceanside Airport. To raise community awareness regarding benefits derived from General Aviation and the use of the Oceanside Airport. To enhance flight safety in the skies over Oceanside and help ensure good relations between the residents of Oceanside and OAA pilots.
Membership Criteria
I certify that the information, provided on this application, is true and correct, and agree to the below membership criteria. I acknowledge that failure to comply with the below criteria and/or support the mission of the OAA may result in termination of my membership without refund. I agree to support the continued operation and growth of the Oceanside Airport. I agree to “fly safe and friendly” and encourage all pilots using the Oceanside Airport to follow published voluntary noise abatement procedures and safely avoid over-flight of noise sensitive areas. I agree to help ensure good relations between the residents of Oceanside and OAA pilots. All Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) apply.
Dues are $10 per year per person.
CFI's, there's no excuse not to join the OAA. Our Certified Flight Instructor special is only $1 per year. OAA mailings alone cost a lot more than this but we want to make sure you are informed and provide your students the up-to-date information they need about Oceanside Airport. Please provide your CFI information on the application form. Thanks.
